The OzStores service owned and operated by the Dolphin IT Network is provided to you ('you' or 'Merchant') under the following terms and conditions and any amendments thereto, and under any operating policies issued by Dolphin IT.

Evaluation stores created through the online wizard will be removed after 7 days.

Please read the terms and conditions, carefully before accessing or using the OzStores product. Before using the OzStores service, you must agree with the terms and conditions described in this Terms Of Agreement document. Dolphin IT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or part of the Agreement at any time. If these terms and conditions or any future changes are unacceptable to you, you may cancel the OzStores Service at any time pursuant to Section 6 regarding termination.
